\n* Helping the customers with any issues and questions they might have via tickets or calls;
\n* Offering support, listening closely and trying to come up with the answer or solution;
\n* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a happy experience;
\n* Taking note of issue trends and frequent questions and informing your team-leader about it;
\n* Supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere by acting as a part of your team.<\/p>\n
\n* Fluency in Latvian and English;
\n* Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems and their features;
\n* Active listener and confident communicator, able to handle various types of customers;
\n* Motivated to learn and be of service and achieve great results;
\n* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.<\/p>\n
