\nSpecialist with German (Hybrid\/Standard shifts).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n* Handling partners and customers requests and inquiries;
\n* Offering solutions in line with guidelines and according priority;
\n* Taking a professional approach to all cases, showing understanding and patience in order
\nto achieve partner and customer satisfaction;
\n* Encouraging positive behavior in partners by providing regular feedback until the issued
\nhas been resolved;
\n* Ensuring that partners are abiding the Portal usability rules;
\n* Taking on billing related tasks and caring on according to company's guidelines.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n* Strong German skills and good understanding of English language;
\n* Good MS Office skills and experience with administrative or customer related role;
\n* Skilled problem solver with a talent for analysis;
\n* Ready to learn and improve in order to provide a high-quality service;
\n* Adaptable and friendly with a team player attitude;
\n* Self-motivated, organized and attentive.<\/p>\n
