\nrole of\u00a0Credit and Collections Expert with German or French (Hybrid model).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Collecting payments from customers, mainly through direct communication like calls;
\n* Managing accounts, including reconciliation and analysis;
\n* Handling credit and account management, identifying payment patterns, and taking corrective actions if needed;
\n* Meeting debt and cash targets regularly;
\n* Keeping all financial records clean and accurate.<\/p>\n
\n* Experience in collections is a must;
\n* Great German or French and good English skills;
\n* Basic computer skills, especially in MS Office and familiarity with SAP;
\n* Customer-oriented, able to work independently and focused on achieving targets;
\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and open to learning;
\n* Committed to teamwork, handles pressure well and can adapt quickly to changes.<\/p>\n
