\n* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members;
\n* Oversee and support staff according to the company's Policies and Procedures, handling
\ntasks like supervision, managing absences, and addressing disciplinary and grievance matters;
\n* Foster strong team collaboration through effective communication and regular team meetings;
\n* Identify and address the learning and development needs of both individuals and the team,
\nworking alongside learning and development personnel;
\nActively engage in learning and development initiatives to help achieve organizational goals;
\n* Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with core values, Policies and Procedures, and KPI targets.<\/p>\n
\n* Experience in the iGaming sector or a live casino environment is highly preferred;
\n* Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage issues effectively, demonstrated leadership
\nand mentoring abilities;
\n* Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
\n* Excellent time management and organizational skills;
\n* A degree in management or a related area is a plus;
\n* Proficient in PC applications, especially Office 365;
\n* Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willingness to work on a shift
\nschedule.<\/p>\n
