\n* Act as the primary point of contact for HFM\/EPM-related initiatives and own the architecture
\nand development of the EPM tools;
\n* Identify opportunities to modernize and streamline EPM processes and build advanced functionalities and simplify outdated structures;
\n* Enhance application capabilities, manage integrations, and maintain system configurations;
\n* Train and support global users, ensuring smooth operations and adoption, lead change management and ensure system reliability;
\n* Drive testing, incident resolution, and ongoing maintenance of EPM platforms, including HFM;
\n* Manage Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) as part of our finance consolidation solutions;
\n* Work closely with Finance, IM, and other business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions;
\n* Collaborate with external service providers to ensure system optimization.<\/p>\n
\n* Strong knowledge of EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan) or experience in finance consolidation processes and system administration, including HFM;
\n* A track record of translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions;
\n* Hands-on ability to configure systems and create advanced calculations;
\n* Familiarity with enterprise-level architectural design principles;
\n* Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing virtual teams and stakeholders;
\n* A proactive approach with a focus on delivering value through continuous improvement;
\n* Solid command of English language, both verbal and written;
\n* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.<\/p>\n
