\nservices and logistics, we are looking for\u00a0Transport department manager with Turkish language.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/em>:<\/strong>
\n* manages a team of international drivers fluent in Turkish;<\/em>
\n*work to improve the professional skills of the department;<\/em>
\n*guarantees results, communicates, monitors, assists drivers;<\/em>
\n*control and analyze their daily expenses;<\/em>
\n*Cooperate in solving any difficulties during the shipments.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/em>
\n* proficiency in Turkish - written and spoken (compulsory);<\/em>
\n*experience in people management - mandatory;<\/em>
\n* accumulated skills in the logistics industry - an advantage;<\/em>
\n* Discipline and decision-making ability;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the team.<\/em><\/p>\n
