\nhigh-quality customer experience services, we are searching for friendly, driven and bright
\npeople for the role of\u00a0Customer Care Assistant with Slovenian (Remote and PTE).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Be a friendly point of contact for customers, assisting through various channels;
\n* Address a wide range of customer inquiries and resolve issues;
\n* Provide advice and information about the company's products and services;
\n* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, leaving a lasting impression on customers;
\n* Follow company guidelines and policies while performing tasks.<\/p>\n
\n* Friendly, customer-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality service;
\n* Flexible, with the ability to think on your feet;
\n* Proficiency in Slovenian (C1) and English (B2); knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
\n* Strong PC skills and a good understanding of social media;
\n* Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is a bonus.<\/p>\n
