\n-\u00a0Customer Care Expert for an Advanced Personal Device with Azerbaijani (early and<\/strong>
\nday shifts\/remote).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Assist customers by providing clear guidance and solutions for any issues related to the
\npersonal device;
\n* Handle customer inquiries through various channels (chat, email, phone) with a focus on
\nproblem resolution;
\n*Diagnose and troubleshoot device-related issues, offering effective solutions to enhance user
\nexperience;
\n*Keep comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and
\ntimely resolutions;
\n*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall
\nsatisfaction;
\n*Stay informed about the latest product features, updates, and best practices to ensure optimal
\nsupport.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n*Native Azerbaijani speaker with fluent English communication skills;
\n*Previous experience in a customer support or technical assistance role is a plus;
\n*Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to managing inquiries;
\n*Ability to work remotely and flexibly during early and day shifts;
\n*Good technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about personal devices and
\ntroubleshoot effectively;
\n*Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards customer
\nsatisfaction.<\/p>\n
