\n*Customer oriented, deliver first-level IT support by addressing fundamental hardware,
\nsoftware, and network-related issues;
\n*Identify and troubleshoot challenges related to Point of Sale (POS) and logistics systems,
\nescalating complex cases when needed;
\n*Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights securely and efficiently;
\n*Respond to general technical inquiries while ensuring that more complex issues are referred
\nto senior team members;
\n*Accurately log, track, and follow up on support requests through a ticketing system to
\nguarantee timely resolutions;
\n*Provide clear, professional, and effective communication while ensuring a high level of
\ncustomer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
\n*Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and very good English;
\n*A strong customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing support and assistance;
\n*Problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset;
\n*Previous technical knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory - comprehensive training will
\nbe provided;
