For one of our clients - a global expert in the creation, production and<\/em>
\nthe distribution of innovative formwork and scaffolding solutions for the construction sector,<\/em>
\nwe are looking for suitable candidates for the position -\u00a0Operational Accountant.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em>
\n* Tracks and processes all financial transactions related to the company's customer accounts;<\/em>
\n* enter invoices issued by the operations department into the accounting records in a timely manner<\/em>
\nMcMaster and SAP systems;<\/em>
\n*guarantees the correctness and completeness of the data contained in the documents;<\/em>
\n* arrange and track the sending of original invoices to customers;<\/em>
\n* manages the cash register and monitors the accuracy of cash according to<\/em>
\ninternal rules;<\/em>
\n* produce and report data related to international shipments, including Intrastat<\/em>
\nEU and third country declarations and protocols;<\/em>
\n*Assists the accounting department with daily financial entries and reports for<\/em>
\nnational and international institutions.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Higher or secondary economic education related to finance, accounting or business administration;<\/em>
\n* Hands-on experience with accounting and business software such as SAP, McMaster or others<\/em>
\nERP systems;<\/em>
\n* Skills in office applications - Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows operating system;<\/em>
\n*Ability for analytical thinking, attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines;<\/em>
\n*responsibility, loyalty and honesty in the performance of duties;<\/em>
\n* Communication and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment;<\/em>
\n*minimum B1 level of English;<\/strong>\u00a0driving licence is considered an advantage.<\/em><\/p>\n
