\n*Analyze performance data to identify areas for manager growth and coaching effectiveness;
\n*Develop frameworks and tools to help managers assess and improve team performance;
\n*Work with managers to set improvement plans and track progress toward goals;
\n*Update regional playbooks to reflect global practices and local challenges;
\n*Support managers in adopting new tools, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and

\n*Over 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven history of success across multiple sectors;
\n*Expertise in leading, mentoring, and applying data-driven techniques to cultivate high-
\nperforming sales teams and drive positive business results;
\n*Background in industries such as technology (cloud, software, security), e-commerce, digital
\nmarketing, telecom, utilities, or public sector;
\n*Certifications in sales leadership or coaching (e.g., II-ASP, NASP, CMC, ACST, Sadler);
\n*Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, management, psychology,
\ncommunications);
\n*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate
\nand guide teams across all levels;
\n*Proven track record of adjusting coaching approaches to suit various teams and business
\nsettings, emphasizing ongoing development.
\n*Willingness to travel for business trips, up to 30% per year<\/p>\n
