For one of our clients -<\/strong>\u00a0a leading technology company offering innovative services in cloud,
\nAI, and engineering for diverse sectors, we are looking for -\u00a0Order-to-Cash Team Leader<\/strong>
\nwith German and English (Hybrid shifts).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Manage escalations and serve as a coach, conducting training sessions;
\n*Drive process improvements and conduct FMEAs and RCAs;
\n*Lead a team of Analysts and SMEs, providing guidance and ensuring efficient operations;
\n*Ensure team meets targets for TAT, accuracy, and manage inquiries per metrics;
\n*Track and report performance through daily and monthly SLA\/KPI reports.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n*Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal);
\n*Experience in Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or similar fields
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
\n*Excellent collaboration and team coordination abilities;
\n*Proven leadership experience with team management.<\/p>\n

\n*The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.
\n*The role follows a flexible work arrangement, with a hybrid model;
