\nSupport Specialist with Danish or Spanish with English (day or night shifts).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat;
\n*Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical problems in Danish\/Spanish and English;
\n*Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback;
\n*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues;
\n*Identify common issues or trends and escalate them to management for further analysis;
\n*Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers and contribute to the
\ncompany`s success.<\/p>\n
\n* Fluency in Danish or Spanish and English (both written and spoken);
\n* Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset;
\n* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus;
\n* Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting;
\n* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
\n*Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment;
\n*Willingness to learn and grow in the customer service industry.<\/p>\n
