\n*Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring swift solutions;
\n*Identify and address device-related problems to improve user satisfaction;
\n*Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups;
\n*Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively;
\n*Stay informed about product updates, features, and industry best practices.<\/p>\n
\n*Proficient in Hungarian with excellent English communication skills;
\n*Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage;
\n*Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset;
\n*Willingness to work flexible shifts during the day;
\n*Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and troubleshoot devices;
\n*Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and initiative.<\/p>\n
