\n*Thoroughly inspect and evaluate user-generated materials, such as profiles, images, videos,
\nand text, to ensure they meet the platform's rules and policies;
\n*Investigate concerns flagged by automated detection systems or user reports, taking
\nnecessary action to maintain a safe and respectful online space;
\n*Implement company policies and safety measures to protect users and promote a trustworthy
\ndigital environment;
\n*Analyze trends and patterns to refine content moderation workflows, boosting both
\nefficiency and accuracy;
\n*Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations quickly and take
\nappropriate corrective measures;
\n*Coordinate with colleagues and management to develop and enforce content moderation
\nstrategies consistently.<\/p>\n
\n*Possess very good written and verbal communication skills in both languages (German and
\nEnglish) to accurately assess content and interact with users when needed;
\n*Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems, digital tools, and content management
\nplatforms with ease;
\n*Carefully review large volumes of content while maintaining precision and adherence to
\nguidelines under tight deadlines;
\n*Adapt to changing circumstances while staying composed and efficient in a dynamic, fast-
\npaced work environment;
\n*Be open to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to
\nensure continuous moderation support;
\n*Commit to an office-based role, collaborating with team members in a structured and
\nprofessional setting.<\/p>\n
