\nhigh-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for -\u00a0Email-Based Gaming<\/strong>
\nSupport Specialist with Polish and English (day\/later shifts).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Provide high-quality email support to gaming customers, resolving inquiries and
\ntroubleshooting issues efficiently;
\n*Maintain a positive and helpful tone while interacting with players, ensuring a high level of
\ncustomer satisfaction;
\n*Analyze and identify customer problems, escalating complex issues to the relevant internal
\nteams when necessary;
\n*Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of player concerns and to
\nimprove the overall customer experience;
\n*Continuously update and maintain knowledge of gaming products, policies, and industry
\ntrends to provide accurate support.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n*Fluent in both Polish (C1 level) and English (B2 level) with excellent written communication skills in both languages;
\n*Strong interest in gaming and a good understanding of common gaming platforms and systems;
\n*Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-
\npaced environment;
\n*Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry;
\n*Flexibility to work in different shifts, including day and later shifts, depending on the needs
\nof the business.<\/p>\n
