\nlooking for -\u00a0Experienced Cyber Security Support Engineer.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity products by analyzing and resolving advanced
\ntechnical challenges;
\n*Investigate and identify root causes of system, application, or infrastructure issues across
\nmultiple operating systems;
\n*Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate, analyze, and resolve product-related concerns;
\n*Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical partner and ensuring
\nbusiness continuity;
\n*Accurately log case details, steps taken, and solutions in internal systems for transparency
\nand knowledge retention;
\n*Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service-level expectations, and internal
\nquality standards;
\n*Foster a culture of shared learning by contributing to documentation, coaching peers, and
\nstreamlining workflows.<\/p>\n
\n*Average 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
\nenvironments, with exposure to cloud-based and hybrid infrastructures;
\n*Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Information
\nTechnology, or Software Engineering;
\n*Proven expertise in troubleshooting Linux and Windows operating systems, including OS-
\nlevel diagnostics and system recovery;
\n*Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPN technologies, firewalls, TCP\/IP,
\nand security protocols;
\n*Hands-on experience with databases, both relational and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS
\nSQL, MongoDB), supporting secure data access and performance tuning;
\n*Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and
\nC\/C++, enabling automation and custom solution development;
\n*Additional strengths include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Identity and
\nAccess Management (IAM), and relevant certifications in cybersecurity or Linux system
\nAdministration.<\/p>\n
