\n*Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written French or Serbian or Czech, as well
\nas English, is essential for communication across teams;
\n*Ability to manage high-pressure situations and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
\nwhile maintaining strong attention to detail;
\n*Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective task prioritization;
\n*Solid computer skills, with confident use of Microsoft Office applications or Google
\nWorkspace tools for reporting and collaboration;
\n*A calm, positive, and inspiring leadership style, with the patience and empathy needed to
\nsupport a diverse team;
\n*Flexibility to work scheduled day and night shifts as required by the business.<\/p>\n
