\n*Assist with onboarding new hires through process training;
\n*Spot opportunities for alignment and consistency across regions;
\n*Ensure timely incorporation of training with clear schedules;
\n*Work with Operations to resolve training deficiencies;
\n*Oversee and address diverse training requirements within the program;
\n*Evaluate skills and identify areas for improvement;
\n*Revise training materials to reflect process updates.<\/p>\n
\n*At least 3 years of experience in customer service or complex backoffice training roles;
\n*Confident communication in German at B2 level and English at minimum B1 level;
\n*Extensive experience in delivering training programs;
\n*Strong presentation and communication abilities;
\n*Capability to collaborate efficiently with global Operations teams from various locations;
\n*Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and time management;
\n*Superior verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n
