\n*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media;
\n*Assist customers with issues related to deliveries, products, content, and refunds;
\n*Provide clear and accurate information to resolve customer concerns;
\n*Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction;
\n*Adapt to changing customer needs and maintain a professional demeanor.<\/p>\n
\n*Proficiency in both written and spoken German;
\n*Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
\n*Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus;
\n*Solid typing and computer skills, including MS Office;
\n*Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
