\n*Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex cases and delivering expert resolutions;
\n*Oversee the administration of agreements, ensuring alignment with company standards and
\npolicies;
\n*Conduct thorough case investigations to identify root causes, ensure resolution, and drive
\ncontinuous improvement across teams;
\n*Address complex issues related to contracts, billing, customer support, cancellations, and
\norder handling;
\n*Facilitate billing and credit correction procedures, ensuring timely and precise adjustments.<\/p>\n
\n*Advanced German language skills (B2-C1) and solid command of English (minimum B1);
\n*Previous background as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Client Advisor in BPO environment;
\n*Experience with customer operations and a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle;
\n*Competency in CRM tools and customer interaction platforms;
\n*Excellent analytical thinking and sound judgment in handling complex scenarios;
\n*Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with a team-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n
