\n*Support clients in understanding how to improve or expand their account features;
\n*Accurately input and update customer information in the system;
\n*Follow established company procedures and guidelines in all tasks.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in German and a good command of English;
\n*Confidence in working with people and resolving their issues;
\n*Previous experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus;
\n*Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment;
\n*Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to processes.<\/p>\n
