\nLevel Backoffice Technical Support Specialist with Swedish or Danish or Dutch (FTE\/PTE).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n* Handle customer inquiries efficiently using written communication channels;
\n*Assist with non-technical troubleshooting and general inquiries;
\n*Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer issues;
\n*Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following internal procedures;
\n*Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when needed.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Swedish or Danish, or Dutch, and English at B2 level;
\n*Good communication and problem-solving skills;
\n*Ability to work standard office hours (full-time or part-time);
\n*Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn support tools;
\n*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.<\/p>\n
