\nBackoffice Helpdesk Support Representative with Polish or Turkish (FTE\/PTE).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Assist customers through email and chat by delivering prompt and precise information;
\n*Perform administrative duties related to customer service, such as processing cases and
\nmaintaining records;
\n*Forward more complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams, following set
\nprocedures;
\n*Ensure a positive customer experience by communicating clearly and professionally;
\n*Work closely with colleagues and support continuous improvement by sharing insights and
\nupdating internal resources.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Polish or Turkish and good command of English (written and spoken);
\n*Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
\n*Basic computer literacy and familiarity with helpdesk or other systems;
\n*Ability to work day shifts or part-time, depending on availability;
\n*Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus.<\/p>\n
