\n*implementing and following up on customer transactions, including product
\nfor crop protection, fertilizers and ag solutions;
\n*keeping up to date information on clients' intentions and plans with
\nlong-term partnership goal;
\n*monitoring the execution of transactions against internal procedures and standards;
\n* Analyzing market information - competition, prices, events and trends with
\nfocus on the B2B agribusiness segment;
\n*support and coordination of the daily activities of the traders, including
\nspecific customer needs in the agro sector;
\n*Participation in the preparation and implementation of a commercial strategy including potential
\nopportunities in the agricultural business;
\n* approving transactions and monitoring their efficiency and collectability;
\n*organising internal meetings, trainings and sharing good practices in
\ncommercial process;
\n* Representing the company at trade forums, exhibitions and events,
\nincluding agri-focus.<\/p>\n
\n*professional experience in trade (B2B\/B2C); experience with agro products such as fertilizers or RZ
\nmeans is an advantage;
\n* Skills to develop and execute a commercial strategy with an orientation towards
\ncustomer sector;
\n*Experience in working with ERP systems and excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
\n* Previous experience in team management and coordination with other departments - an advantage;
\n* proficiency in English - level C1;
\n* affinity for the agricultural sector and a desire to delve deeper into its specifics;
\n* Skills in strategic thinking, analysis and planning of commercial activities;
\n* Ability to make decisions, work independently and take responsibility;
\n* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (including Europe) as needed;
