For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
\ndistribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for -\u00a0Experienced AP Coordinator<\/strong>
\nwith French and English (Hybrid shifts).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Handle and resolve invoice issues promptly, ensuring effective follow-up with vendors and
\ninternal teams;
\n*Contribute to continuous improvement of AP processes to boost efficiency and accuracy;
\n*Ensure suppliers are paid correctly and on time in accordance with company policies;
\n*Monitor AP activities to prevent booking errors and payment delays;
\n*Oversee document flow to support timely and compliant processing;
\n*Maintain adherence to internal controls, SOX regulations, and company standards;
\n*Train new employees and assist colleagues with system and process-related inquiries.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n*Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken;
\n*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
\n*Minimum two years of experience in AP, STP, or similar roles in a corporate or shared
\nservices environment;
\n*Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay and AP processes;
\n*Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
\n*Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.<\/p>\n
