\n*Deliver exceptional and reliable support services to users engaging with virtual sports
\nplatforms, ensuring a seamless user experience;
\n*Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints with efficiency, courtesy, and
\nprofessionalism, aiming for swift resolution;
\n*Guide users step by step through virtual sports games and digital betting interfaces, offering
\nclear explanations and helpful tips;
\n*Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and helpful
\nsolutions tailored to individual user needs;
\n*Interact with users in a respectful, composed, and empathetic manner, especially when
\nmanaging sensitive or challenging concerns;
\n*Identify and track any technical malfunctions, glitches, or inconsistencies within the system,
\nand promptly escalate them to the appropriate technical or development teams for
\ninvestigation and resolution.<\/p>\n
\n*Full professional fluency in German (excellent verbal and written communication skills) and
\nstrong English proficiency;
\n*Deep interest in and enthusiasm for virtual sports, interactive gaming environments, and
\nemerging digital technologies;
\n*Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing
\ncustomer needs or resolving complex issues;
