\n*Handle phone inquiries concerning customer questions about partner policies, guidelines,
\nand procedures;
\n*Assist with requests for real-time flight status updates and baggage tracking details;
\n*Provide clear and accurate information regarding fare structures, discounts, and promotional offers;
\n*Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally;
\n*Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering high-quality customer support;
\n*Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication.<\/p>\n
\n*Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field;
\n*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
\n*Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment;
\n*Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset;
\n*Familiarity with digital platforms and customer support software;
\n*High level of patience, empathy, and adaptability when assisting customers.<\/p>\n
