\nlooking for -\u00a0Entry-level Customer Service Representative with Slovak or Romanian or<\/strong>
\nSlovenian and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
\n*Assist users with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries in a professional and
\nfriendly manner;
\n*Guide customers through features and functionalities of the product to ensure a smooth user
\nexperience;
\n* Escalate technical issues or complex queries to relevant internal teams when necessary;
\n*Document all customer interactions clearly in the internal system;
\n*Stay up to date with product updates and innovations to offer accurate and timely support.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Slovak, Romanian, or Slovenian, and a good command of English (written and spoken);
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset;
\n*Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn about innovative digital products;
\n*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required;
\n*Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
\n*Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow within a supportive, international team.<\/p>\n
\n*Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives;
