\nrecognizable and preferred cosmetic brands in the world, we are on a lookout for confident<\/em>
\nand energetic people for the role -\u00a0Junior Brand Sales Representative.<\/strong>
\n<\/em>
\nEssential Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Ensure optimal brand visibility and positioning of products across designated retail chain<\/em>
\nstores in Sofia, with occasional short trips to Pernik and Blagoevgrad;<\/em>
\n*Monitor and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and visual display in<\/em>
\nin accordance with brand guidelines;<\/em>
\n*Regularly assess and report on retail presence using specialized software for on-site analysis<\/em>
\nand photo documentation;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate closely with store staff to ensure product availability, adequate stock levels, and<\/em>
\ncompliance with merchandising standards;<\/em>
\n*Identify and act on opportunities to improve product visibility and shelf impact to drive<\/em>\u00a0sales;<\/em>
\n*Support the sales team with relevant in-store feedback and insights to optimize promotional<\/em>
\nand marketing activities.<\/em>
\n
\nRequirements:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*1 year of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably within the FMCG sector;<\/em>
\n*Strong understanding of retail environments, including display and merchandising best<\/em>\u00a0practices;<\/em>
\n*Good level of English (written and spoken) to communicate and report effectively;<\/em>
\n*Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving merchandising and display<\/em>\u00a0challenges;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable with frequent field visits and using mobile tools or software for data collection<\/em>\u00a0and reporting;<\/em>
\n*Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a focus on results.<\/em>
\n
