For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
\nstreamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for - Call Centre Agent with
\nCzech or Polish or Hungarian and English.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n*Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, providing clear and helpful assistance;
\n*Resolve basic customer inquiries related to products, services, or orders in a timely and professional manner;
\n* Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed;
\n*Accurately log interactions and maintain customer records in the system;
\n*Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience;
\n*Identify customer needs and, when appropriate, suggest relevant products or services.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n*Fluency in Czech or Polish, or Hungarian, plus good command of English (written and spoken);
\n*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset;
\n*Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support role is preferred;
\n*Basic computer literacy and ability to work with different systems;
\n*Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure;
\n*Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is a plus, especially in
\nhandling inquiries efficiently and professionally.<\/p>\n
