For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
\noutsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
\nlooking for - Sales Coordinator with Spanish or Italian with English (Hybrid).<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n*Handle the coordination of day-to-day sales tasks and assist the sales team in their operations;
\n*Serve as a key contact point for Spanish or Italian-speaking clients, ensuring clear and
\nprofessional communication;
\n*Monitor order progress, manage timelines, and address client queries promptly;
\n* Compile and maintain accurate sales records, presentations, and internal reports;
\n*Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and meet customer expectations;
\n*Help deliver a positive customer journey by ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n*Advanced level of Spanish or Italian, with strong English communication skills;
\n*Previous background in sales administration, back-office support, or customer-facing roles;
\n*Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach and great collaboration skills;
\n*Confident user of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage;
\n*Highly organized, detail-conscious, and able to multitask under deadlines;
\n*Motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic and results-driven setting.<\/p>\n
