\nwith Finnish or Slovak or Slovenian and English.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Provide top-tier technical support to users via phone, chat, or email;<\/em>
\n*Troubleshoot software and hardware issues with accuracy and speed;<\/em>
\n*Guide customers through step-by-step solutions;<\/em>
\n*Log all customer interactions and technical actions clearly;<\/em>
\n* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed;<\/em>
\n*Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, effective service.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Fluency in Finnish or Slovak, or Slovenian, plus strong English skills;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;<\/em>
\n*Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting;<\/em>
\n*Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Quick learner with a can-do attitude and team spirit;<\/em>
\n*Ability to work in shifts and stay calm under pressure.<\/em><\/p>\n
