\nglobal brands we are looking for -\u00a0Online support specialist - sports platforms with<\/strong><\/em>
\nBulgarian language (6-hour day).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* Providing high quality support for virtual sports users;<\/em>
\n*Quick and accurate resolution of customer queries;<\/em>
\n*help navigating the games and the platform;<\/em>
\n* Offering effective solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction;<\/em>
\n* Maintaining a polite and professional tone even in difficult situations;<\/em>
\n* Reporting technical problems to the responsible team.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*excellent Bulgarian and good English language skills;<\/em>
\n* interest in virtual sports, gaming and technology (advantage);<\/em>
\n* Good communication and analytical skills;<\/em>
\n*calm and professional under pressure;<\/em>
\n* initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team;<\/em>
\n*Precision and good organization when multitasking.<\/em><\/p>\n
