\n- Online Sports Support Representative with English.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Provide reliable and high-quality customer support on virtual sports platforms;<\/em>
\n*Respond to user inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently;<\/em>
\n*Guide users through games and betting interfaces;<\/em>
\n*Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely and accurate solutions;<\/em>
\n*Communicate with empathy and respect, even in challenging situations;<\/em>
\n*Detect and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Full fluency in Bulgarian and good command of English;<\/em>
\n*Interest in virtual sports and digital technologies is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;<\/em>
\n*Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure;<\/em>
\n*Proactive, organized, and team-oriented;<\/em>
\n*Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask without sacrificing quality.<\/em><\/p>\n
