\nFor one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and<\/em>
\ndistribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for -\u00a0Senior Commercial Support<\/strong><\/em>
\nSpecialist with German (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Help Key Account Managers with creating and checking contracts, making sure everything<\/em>
\nfollows company rules;<\/em>
\n*Keep contract data up to date and fix any issues, especially related to prices;<\/em>
\n*Track how accounts are doing and quickly solve any problems that come up;<\/em>
\n*Work closely with other teams to make sure contract terms are followed correctly;<\/em>
\n*Spot and fix mistakes in pricing or contract details to keep things running smoothly;<\/em>
\n*Take part in improving how the team works and making processes more efficient.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Completed commercial training or similar work experience in admin or customer support;<\/em>
\n*Careful and accurate when working with numbers and contract info;<\/em>
\n*Basic understanding of how contracts work and what needs to be followed;<\/em>
\n*Confident using MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP or CRM tools is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Good communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken;<\/em>
\n*Able to stay organized and manage several tasks without missing deadlines.<\/em><\/p>\n
