\nFor one of our clients -\u00a0<\/strong>a multinational company specializing in the production and<\/em>
\ndistribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for -\u00a0Senior Credit Support<\/strong><\/em>
\nCoordinator - CTC with Spanish (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* Provide top-notch credit support to customers, partners, and internal teams;<\/em>
\n* Handle credit insurance tasks - process claims, payments, and keep customer accounts up<\/em>
\nto date;<\/em>
\n* Manage bank guarantees and make sure all steps follow company policy;<\/em>
\n* Process outgoing payments and follow up on credit matters on time;<\/em>
\n* Use tools like SAP to keep records accurate and services running smoothly;<\/em>
\n* Help improve processes, update documentation, and support teammates when needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* At least 2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable;<\/em>
\n* Good grasp of how the full Customer to Cash (C2C) cycle works;<\/em>
\n* Confident using SAP or similar systems, plus Excel and Outlook;<\/em>
\n* Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude;<\/em>
\n* Able to spot issues early and take the right steps to solve or escalate them;<\/em>
\n*Excellent Spanish skills and good English.<\/em><\/p>\n
