\nlooking for -\u00a0Backoffice Specialist with Spanish or Greek or Italian with English<\/strong><\/em>

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Handle backoffice tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless daily operations;<\/em>
\n*Support the sales process by preparing offers, verifying documentation, and assisting in<\/em>
\nclient communication;<\/em>
\n*Maintain clear and professional email correspondence with internal teams and external<\/em>\u00a0partners;<\/em>
\n*Monitor and track KPIs, contributing actively to performance improvement initiatives;<\/em>
\n*Assist with data analysis and reporting to support financial and sales departments;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of client<\/em>
\nrequests and transactions.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Spanish, Greek, or Italian, and a strong command of English (both written and<\/em>\u00a0spoken);<\/em>
\n*Prior experience or education in finance, sales support, or administrative roles is a strong<\/em>\u00a0advantage;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics in a dynamic, goal-oriented<\/em>\u00a0environment;<\/em>
\n*Excellent written communication skills, especially via email, with attention to clarity and<\/em>\u00a0tone;<\/em>
\n*Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with financial data or CRM systems;<\/em>
\n*Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a customer-centric approach.<\/em><\/p>\n
