\nlooking for -\u00a0Technical Support Specialist with German or French (Hybrid).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, and occasional phone;<\/em>
\n*Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently and accurately;<\/em>
\n*Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up;<\/em>
\n*Maintain accurate records of interactions and troubleshooting steps using ticketing systems;<\/em>
\n*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and quick<\/em>
\nResolution;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to improve overall support quality.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in German or French, and good command of English for internal communication;<\/em>
\n*Basic technical knowledge (e.g., operating systems, software\/apps, network basics);<\/em>
\n*Strong written communication skills; experience with email\/chat support is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems in a structured and calm manner;<\/em>
\n*Customer-oriented mindset with patience and attention to detail;<\/em>
\n*Willingness to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a dynamic support environment.<\/em><\/p>\n
