For one of our clients -\u00a0<\/strong>an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and<\/em>
\nprocess optimization for global clients, we are looking for -\u00a0Customer Support Advisor<\/strong><\/em>
\nwith Arabic or Hebrew or Dutch with English.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;<\/em>
\n*Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, or accounts;<\/em>
\n*Handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact<\/em>\u00a0Resolution;<\/em>
\n*Accurately log and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems;<\/em>
\n*Meet performance goals such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve the customer<\/em>\u00a0experience.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Arabic or Hebrew, or Dutch, plus good communication skills in English;<\/em>
\n*Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable handling conversations via phone and chat;<\/em>
\n*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly;<\/em>
\n*Motivation to achieve targets and deliver positive results;<\/em>
\n*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential - full training is provided.<\/em><\/p>\n
