\n*Provide first-line support to customers via email, chat, or phone;
\n*Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users with simple solutions;
\n*Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions;
\n*Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication;
\n*Follow internal procedures and contribute to team knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in German or French, or Turkish, or English;
\n*Previous experience in customer support is a plus;
\n*Basic technical understanding (e.g. common software, browsers, email clients);
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
\n*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
\n*Availability for flexible part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends.<\/p>\n
