\nFor one of our clients -<\/strong>\u00a0a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of<\/em>
\nbeverages across many countries, we are looking for -\u00a0Accounts Receivable and Collections<\/strong><\/em>
\nSpecialist with German.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments daily;<\/em>
\n* Keep collection records and ledgers accurate and updated;<\/em>
\n* Review and update process documents regularly;<\/em>
\n* Support colleagues with guidance on collections processes;<\/em>
\n* Collaborate with other teams to meet business needs;<\/em>
\n* Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX and<\/em>
\ninternal controls.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* 2+ years' experience in collections or accounts receivable in a multinational or shared<\/em>
\nservices setup;<\/em>
\n* Good understanding of the full Order to Cash process;<\/em>
\n* Able to recognize and escalate issues effectively;<\/em>
\n*Proficiency German with good English skills;<\/em>
\n* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;<\/em>
\n* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.<\/em><\/p>\n
