\nPurification Device Support Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media;<\/em>
\n*Support clients with delivery, product, content, or refund-related questions;<\/em>
\n*Offer clear, helpful, and accurate information;<\/em>
\n*Create a positive and friendly customer experience;<\/em>
\n*Stay flexible and professional in a dynamic environment.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in German, both written and spoken;<\/em>
\n*Strong command of English with effective communication skills;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is considered an asset;<\/em>
\n*Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications;<\/em>
\n*Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.<\/em><\/p>\n
