For one of our clients,\u00a0a leading company in the BPO industry,\u00a0<\/strong>delivering high-quality<\/em>
\noutsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are<\/em>
\nlooking for -\u00a0Client Support Advisor with Turkish or English.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide support via phone, email, live chat, social media, and video calls;<\/em>
\n*Assist clients with account issues, product questions, and general inquiries;<\/em>
\n*Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction;<\/em>
\n*Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution;<\/em>
\n*Work closely with other teams to escalate and solve complex problems;<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Turkish or English, both spoken and written;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communication and active listening abilities;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools;<\/em>
\n*Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure;<\/em>
\n*Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.<\/em><\/p>\n
