\n*Deliver expert-level technical support to customers through chat, phone, and email;
\n*Diagnose and resolve issues on Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server platforms;
\n*Help troubleshoot container environments using Docker and Kubernetes (pods, services, etc.);
\n*Run basic queries and check logs to resolve database issues (PostgreSQL, Vertica);
\n*Identify and fix common network-related problems (TCP\/IP, HTTP\/S, TLS\/SSL);
\n*Test and debug REST API calls to ensure smooth integrations.<\/p>\n
\n*Average 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
\nenvironments;
\n*Excellent English; solid experience working with Linux systems and basic Windows Server knowledge;
\n*Familiar with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes basics (pods, services, kubectl);
\n*Comfortable working with SQL queries and reviewing database logs (PostgreSQL\/Vertica);
\n*Good grasp of networking essentials, including HTTP\/S, SSL, and IP protocols;
\n*Know how to test APIs using tools like Postman or curl;
\n* Strong analytical skills and a clear, customer-friendly communication style.<\/p>\n
