\nNetworking Support Specialist.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Handle complex technical queries through chat, phone, and email;
\n*Investigate and resolve issues using logs, traces, and diagnostics tools;
\n*Recreate problems to find root causes and test solutions;
\n*Work closely with engineering teams on bug fixes and improvements;
\n*Keep support cases well-documented and up to date;
\n*Share knowledge by writing helpful articles and mentoring teammates.<\/p>\n
\n*Average 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
\nenvironments;
\n*Excellent English; strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail;
\n*Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments;
\n*Basic knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL;
\n*Familiar with virtual machines and hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V);
\n*Good grasp of networking and security (VPNs, TLS, firewalls, etc.);
\n*Experience with cloud platforms or backup tools is a plus.<\/p>\n
