\n*Answer customer emails using a support system;
\n*Help users recover their accounts or passwords;
\n*Assist with refund requests when needed;
\n*Give clear answers about the games and how the platform works;
\n*Keep customers happy by resolving issues quickly and kindly;
\n*Be a friendly and helpful representative of the brand.<\/p>\n
\n*Excellent Italian skills and very good English;
\n*Good writing and communication skills.;
\n*Basic computer and typing skills;
\n*Interest in games or gaming platforms is a plus;
\n*Positive attitude and willingness to help people;
\n*Team player with a proactive and curious mindset.<\/p>\n
\n*Standard working time - Monday till Friday;<\/strong>
