\n*Establish and grow a portfolio of clients by identifying new business opportunities;
\n*Collaborate with senior team members, such as the Senior Sales Manager or Head of Desk,
\nto create new sales strategies;
\n*Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, while cross-selling services to existing accounts;
\n*Provide top-tier service to clients, ensuring a positive experience and retention;
\n*Regularly update the team and track progress on sales targets and client engagement;
\n*Stay informed on market dynamics and adapt solutions to meet client demands;
\n*Build and strengthen long-term relationships to foster business expansion.<\/p>\n
\n*Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the financial,
\nfintech, or banking sectors;
\n*Proven track record in sales or client relationship management within the financial services industry;
\n*Previous experience with cold calling and outreach to potential clients;
\n*Solid background in working with FX (foreign exchange) products or services;
\n*Strong background in client-facing and B2B roles is required, familiarity with the SME and
\nMidcap segments is highly valued;
\n*Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
\n*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs;
\n*Experience in banking, forex, or fund management is considered a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
