For one of our clients -\u00a0<\/strong>a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of<\/em>
\nbeverages across many countries, we are looking for -\u00a0Conflict Specialist - Shared Services<\/strong><\/em>
\nwith German and English (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* Handle customer and internal inquiries related to disputes in a timely and professional<\/em>\u00a0Manner;<\/em>
\n*Support smooth execution of dispute processes within the Shared Services environment;<\/em>
\n*Maintain accurate records and provide necessary documentation using tools like SAP;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and ensure a great customer experience.<\/em>
\n*Assist with process documentation and suggest small improvements where possible;<\/em>
\n*Ensure compliance with internal policies and escalate complex cases when needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Bachelor's degree or ongoing university education in a relevant field;<\/em>
\n*Very good command of English and German (written and spoken);<\/em>
\n*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;<\/em>
\n*Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, international environment;<\/em>
\n*Basic organizational and time management abilities;<\/em>
\n*Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n*Standard working time - Monday till Friday (Hybrid model);<\/em>
