For one of our clients -<\/strong>\u00a0an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and<\/em>
\nprocess optimization for global clients, we are looking for -\u00a0PTE Customer Care<\/strong><\/em>
\nRepresentative with Hungarian or Finnish, or Turkish.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide prompt, friendly, and solution-focused support via phone, email, and live chat;<\/em>
\n*Assist users with product-related inquiries and offer clear guidance on digital services;<\/em>
\n* Escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams when needed;<\/em>
\n*Log all customer interactions with accuracy and consistency using support tools;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer journey;<\/em>
\n*Contribute to the localization and optimization of help content for different markets.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Hungarian or Finnish, or Turkish;<\/em>
\n*Good command of English (spoken and written);<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in customer service or user support is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills;<\/em>
\n*Familiarity with digital platforms and a general interest in tech or mobile apps is a bonus;<\/em>
\n*Open to part-time work or flexible scheduling.<\/em><\/p>\n
